Our journey begins on the island’s dramatic west coast, home to the famous Calanques de Piana. These extraordinary pink granite cliffs, sculpted by wind and sea over thousands of years, rise above the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Porto. We will also explore the Scandola Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its exceptional beauty and biodiversity.
As the days unfold, we venture into the mountainous heart of the island, far from the bustling coastline. Here, the wild Tavignano Gorges reveal one of Corsica’s most authentic faces—a landscape of untouched nature, deep valleys, and spectacular scenery.
No hiking trip to Corsica would be complete without experiencing the legendary GR20. Widely regarded as Europe’s most famous long-distance trail, we will hike selected sections chosen for their outstanding scenery and accessibility, allowing us to enjoy the spirit of the GR20 without tackling its most demanding challenges.
Our adventure concludes in unforgettable Bonifacio. Perched dramatically atop towering limestone cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this medieval town offers one of the most stunning settings in all of Corsica and the perfect finale to our journey.
