Off-piste is fun !

You are a good skier (red and black slopes) and you think that slopes are boring and too crowded. Off piste skiing brings you in another world made of new feelings. When weather and snow conditions are fine, experienced skiers can discover the thrill of off-piste. Find those quiet places at the heart of the mountains where nature, fresh snow and our guidance will make you spend an unforgettable day.

It is all about safety

Skiing away from the marked slopes suppose to be aware of the mountain. Risk zero does not exist. As a fully qualified ski instructor, my job is to choose the differnet "spots" regarding to your ski level, your physical shape and motivation, but above all the snow conditions of the moment. Where to go ? It all depends on the weather forecast (snow quality, avalanche risk). I will introduce you to off-piste skiing explaining you step by step the way to perfect one's technique to improve and have fun (every snow quality requires a single technique). We'll choose together the right equipment rental.

SKI TOURING - SKI MOUNTAINEERING

For energetic skiers who love the idea of discovering the mountains far from the lifts and groomed slopes, ski-touring is an excellent compromise. You’ll be apart from the world for a few hours and will ski through endless landscapes and unusual places on untracked off - piste runs. Chamonix, Megeve and Courmayeur are excellent ski areas to discover this amazing activity. The practise evolution in recent years add to a large range of rental will ensure the best equipment choice.

Try and love it !

Ski touring can be tough and requires good physical shape and indurance. Chamonix valley and the surroundings of Megeve offer plenty of easy and safe itineraries and routes to get used to. A quite good level of ski is required (beeing able to ski off-piste). 
Sometimes with only a 30 minute tour, you can access fantastic untouched descents with fresh powder, which will certainly get you hooked to the freedom of ski-touring.
Safety equipment (airbag, transceiver,...) is not included.
